The initial project includes four dams, two tunnels, two powerhouses, two 240 mile transmission lines, one substation and a 56 mile railroad to the project. A letter written in 1982 by Mrs. Bernell Smith who lived on the project as a child is included with this brochure. In the letter she talks about the primitive housing and how much fun she had living there
